PhyNetPy

PhyNetPy is a Python library for the development and use of phylogenetic network methods. This library is designed to be an improvement on PhyloNet, including much of the commonly used inference tools first implemented in PhyloNet. New emphasis is placed on algorithmic performance and ease of use, while still maintaining PhyloNet's "network first" philosophy. PhyNetPy is available on PyPi, so installing is simple using pip on the command line:

            > pip install PhyNetPy
